eIQnetworks Names Mike Sullivan Chief Financial Officer
ACTON, Mass.— February 09, 2009– eIQnetworks®,
Inc., the company redefining security and compliance management,
today announced the appointment of Mike Sullivan to the position of
chief financial officer. In his new role at eIQnetworks, Sullivan
will guide all aspects of the company’s financial and administrative
operations.

Mr. Sullivan has more than 19 years of extensive experience in
fiscal management and operations with high-growth companies.
Most recently he was CFO at Ecora Software, a leading provider
of automated configuration auditing and compliance reporting
solutions, where he oversaw all finance, accounting and
strategic planning activities. Prior to Ecora Software, Mr.
Sullivan served as CFO for public company Segue Software,
where he helped guide the company's sale to Borland Software
in 2006 for in excess of $110 million.

Prior to his appointment as CFO at Segue Software, Mr.
Sullivan held several positions at the company, including VP
Finance, Corporate Controller and North American Controller.
Before joining Segue Software, Mr. Sullivan developed his
expertise in financial management with companies such as
Kortec, Bixby International and C.R. Bard. Mr. Sullivan holds
an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts
from Dartmouth College.
