Clavister OEMs eIQnetworks’ Network Security Analyzer as Clavister InSight

Leading Swedish UTM and UMA solutions provider standardizes on award-winning SIM solution; agreement underscores eIQ’s rapidly growing global market presence

ACTON, Mass. – August 14, 2007 – eIQnetworks®, Inc., a global provider of next-generation security information management (SIM) solutions, today announced a partnership with Clavister, a leading provider of IP-based security, Unified Threat Management (UTM) and Unlicensed Mobile Access (UMA) solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Clavister is marketing and selling Clavister InSightTM, a co-branded version of eIQ’s Network Security Analyzer (NSA), to a wide range of customers including enterprises, carriers, government agencies and managed security service providers worldwide.

Based on eIQ’s NSA solution, Clavister InSight combines the following functionality into a single solution to provide customers with essential real-time security intelligence:

  • Centralized Log Management: collects, archives and correlates event and system data from a variety of heterogeneous, multi-vendor network devices;

  • Real-Time Monitoring and Alerting: correlates and monitors security event data across the enterprise in real time to proactively reduce false positives and identify security breaches;

  • Comprehensive Reporting: delivers over 500 easy-to-read security and activity reports to provide Clavister InSight into the state of the network; and

  • Forensics Analysis: provides the ability to search log data to isolate events and ensure regulatory compliance.
