Senior Barclays and Bank of America Security Executive, Rhonda MacLean, Brings Extensive Customer Experience in Financial and Government Sectors
Acton, Mass. – Oct. 26, 2010 – eIQnetworks, Inc., the leader in unified situational awareness solutions, announced today the company has appointed Rhonda MacLean to its Board of Directors. Ms. MacLean is the founder and CEO of MacLean Risk Partners LLC, a consulting firm providing strategic security and risk advisory services. A 30-year veteran of the information technology industry, Ms. MacLean brings extensive customer experience in the financial and government sectors, areas particularly targeted for cyber attacks, cyber espionage and warfare and ID/IP theft.

Ms. MacLean served as a global leader of information security for Barclays PLC in London and Bank of America, headquartered in Charlotte, NC. While there, she was responsible for security policies, compliance reporting, security and risk technology implementations, cyber forensics and e-discovery. She served The Boeing Company in information security and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Vontu Corporation and PGP Corporation prior to their respective acquisitions by Symantec. In 2002, she was appointed by the U.S. Treasury Secretary as the financial services sector coordinator for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. She is the recipient of numerous awards including Network World’s one of the 50 most powerful people in technology in both 2003 and 2004, and most recently, the Executive Women’s Forum’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009.
