The EiQ Networks SecureVue QuickStart Service is an EiQ Networks Professional Services offering which includes EiQ Networks SecureVue planning, deployment, configuration, testing, and operational knowledge transfer services from an experienced consultant. Leveraging EiQ Networks Best Practices, this service will enhance your adoption and utilization of the SecureVue solution.

SecureVue Healthcheck Service

SecureVue Healthcheck Service

The EiQ Networks SecureVue HealthCheck Service is an EiQ Networks Professional Services offering which provides a proactive review of the performance of your SecureVue implementation. The HealthCheck Service leverages EiQ Networks Best Practices and the vast experience of our Consultants to diagnose the health of your SecureVue deployment and make recommendations aligned with your organization’s requirements. HealthCheck Service components include:

Diagnostic Review

  • Review the SecureVue implementation in order to investigate any performance issues.
  • Execute a review of diagnostic logs in order to provide a comprehensive list of unexpected messages and perceived anomalies.

Implementation Analysis

  • Aggregate and investigate specific alerts or issues from the customer’s SecureVue implementation.
  • The Consultant will work to research the SecureVue application alerts and diagnostic logs.

Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance within the existing SecureVue implementation.
  • Enhancement opportunities could include configuration or architecture design changes.

Benefits

  • The EiQ Networks SecureVue HealthCheck Service provides for onsite SecureVue implementation analysis and performance review.
  • The SecureVue HealthCheck service does not include the remediation of issues, or potential issues, discovered during the analysis.
  • The QuickStart Service does not replace eIQnetworks Education. EiQ Networks Training classes have pre-defined, broadly-scoped agendas. The QuickStart Service is customized for your SecureVue solution’s relevant features and network design.
